How do I download to my desktop?
1. Select the saved Dex you wish to study.
2. Once your chapters have loaded onscreen, click on the ‘Mobile Flash Cards’ button in the ‘Step 4: Study Applications’ box.
3. Click on the link that appears under “Click on the link below to download to your desktop” text box. This link should be labeled with the name of the first chapter in the Dex you have chosen. -

1. Once you have downloaded the file to your desktop, using either your Bluetooth or USB cable, connect your phone to the computer.
2. Your phone’s desktop software should have instructions on how to transfer files from your computer to your phone. -
I cannot get my computer’s bluetooth to recognize my mobile phone
This may have a number of different solutions. Make sure that your phone has the Bluetooth capability turned on. If the Bluetooth fails to work, try transferring the files with a USB cable or by downloading through SMS.

Can I use my USB cable to download from my desktop
Yes, you can! Alas, some people can’t, because some carriers don’t give you the option to download files via USB cable. Hey take it up with the carrier, we just provide awesome e-learning tools.

Make sure your mobile carrier allows for third party software and that your phone supports JAVA. If you're still having a problem, simply contact us at nicolas@lexdex.com.
