  • How do I sign up?

    On the home page there is a Register link. Clicking on this will take you to the Register page, where you should pick a username and password then enter your email address. Once you’ve filled in those fields, click Create New Account and you’re done.

  • Do I have to register before I am allowed access to the site?

    Yes.

  • Who will see my username/email address?

    No one will get to see your email address. However everybody can see your username on your profile.

  • What should my username look like?

    Your username can look however you want as long as it’s under 25 characters. We suggest creating a name that others will be able to identify with you. Just a suggestion.

  • What happens if I forget my password?

    No worries, just click on the ‘forgot password’ link on the homepage then give us your username or email address and we’ll send you a new one. You can also change your password in the My Account section.

  • What happens if forget my username?

    From the homepage, click on ‘forgot password’. Then fill-in your email address and your username will be sent to you along with a new password.

  • What happens if I no longer have access to the email address that I signed up with and I forget my password?

    If you’ve completely lost all access to your email address, you’ll have to sign up for a new account.

  • I think someone broke into my account, what can I do?

    Its time to change your password.

  • Can I make my profile private?
